Reform Party Looking for Organizers, Donors, Candidates and Officers

In the last three years, the Reform Party of the United States has tripled its number of officeholders and seen growth. This growth has created further demands for organizers, officers and donors. At the same time, the Reform Party has been increasingly competitive in elections, and can support a growing number of candidates.

The Reform Party’s largest need is organizers on state, local and national levels. These organizers are tasked with overseeing the day to day operations of state and local affiliates. National organizers will serve on or support national standing committees.

The Reform Party Appoints the 2017 – 2019 Communications Committee

The Reform Party Executive Committee met tonight, January 9th, 2017. During this meeting, the Reform Party regional representatives appointed the communications committee membership. The members of the committee will serve until their replacements are named or they resign their positions.

The members are:

  • Erik Wind – First Northeast Representative
  • Jon Winter – Midwest Representative
  • David Collison – Southwestern Representative
  • Nicholas Hensley – Southeastern Representative (First)
  • Cleave Drummond – Southeastern Representative (Second)

Reform Party Secretary Issues Statement on Donald Trump Presidency and 2016 Election

The Electoral College has spoken. On January 20th, 2017, President Elect Donald Trump will take the oath of Office, and become the 45th President of the United States. Though he was not the Reform Party nominee, the Reform Party wishes to congratulate future President Trump, and offer our best regards.

Reform Party Statement on the Potential of Newt Gingrich as a Cabinet Member

The Reform Party would like to voice its concern of Newt Gingrich being in future President Trump’s cabinet. One of the things that Trump campaigned on was draining the swamp, and Newt Gingrich is the typical establishment insider. During his time as Speaker of the House, he was hit by ethics violations and was forced to resign from the House.

Town Supervisor Jon Winter Joins the Reform Party

The Following is a statement from Jon Winter:

“In the primary election this past August I ran as a Democrat candidate because I felt the party most closely aligned with my values. What I have found out since that time is it doesn’t but neither does the Republican party align with my values. I do have an interest in pursuing an elected position in the future, however, no immediate plans other than a local Town position.

Reform Party Statement on Florida and Nevada Recounts

The Reform Party has no problems with the way votes are tallied. Roque De La Fuente is asking for recounts without the resources or backing of the Reform Party National Committee. Legally he is allowed to do so as a candidate, but the Reform Party as a body does not wish to pursue recounts. There are numerous issues with our electoral system, but no hard evidence of vote tampering.
