a book on U.S. History and the evolution of Liberalism that anticipated the challenges
now facing our country.
A successful entrepreneur, Blake is the president and co-founder of a medical
software company that has developed a transparency and engagement platform
for group health plans that offers a free-market solution to rising healthcare costs.
Over the past twenty year he has participated in the startup and operation of several
dozen businesses as a consultant, shareholder or principal, including one of the first
DSL providers in the Midwest, what is now one of the largest Internet backbone
providers in the U.S. and a data standards development organization for the meat
and poultry industry. He has unique combination of real world understanding of
how business actually works as well as an understanding of economic theory. It is
