Leigh is the newly elected Vice-Chair of the national Reform Party and the immediate past Treasurer (2016-2020). He has served as the party’s NYS Vice-Chair and the Nassau County (NY) Chair.

Leigh has a long history of active involvement in politics. He became the youngest executive/Zone Leader in the Nassau County (NY) Democratic Party, running numerous campaigns. When the County legislature was enacted in 1996, he ran the Republican campaign for the first woman (and first African-American) ever elected to countywide office.
